Josh has 19 years of travel experience and is recognized as a leading customer loyalty and hospitality marketing professional. He has held executive management positions at Hyatt, ITT Sheraton, and Starwood Hotels & Resorts. Most recently as Vice President of Marketing at Starwood Josh was responsible for directing the marketing for 400 hotels in North America and launched the hotel industry's most comprehensive Online distribution/CRM field marketing program that now generates revenues in excess of $250 million a year. While at Starwood, he also led the development of company's award winning global loyalty program (Starwood Preferred Guest) that was named best hotel loyalty program for six consecutive years. Josh was named one of the top marketers of the next generation by BrandWeek Magazine and is a graduate of Cornell University's School of Hotel Administration.
Brian is a senior marketing executive with 16 years of experience in travel, web services and advertising. Most recently he led business development and partner management efforts on the launch teams of two high profile startups: Connection to eBay (acquired by Marketworks) and Upromise (acquired by Sallie Mae). While at Upromise he was responsible for the development of two of the top three revenue generating programs for the company. He has also held management positions with ITT Sheraton Hotels, Hill, Holliday Advertising and EF Education, the largest privately-held travel and educational service provider in the world. Brian received his BS from Boston College and an MBA from the University of Notre Dame. He serves on the board of the Boston Children's Museum and is a citizen of both the US and the Republic of Ireland.
Andrew has over 16 years of experience in marketing, business development and online product development and has held key positions at National Leisure Group, Starwood Hotels, and Reebok International. Most recently, Andrew led the brand and marketing strategy for National Leisure Group's (NLG's) top online cruise brands (CruisesOnly.com, Cruises.com) generating in excess of $225 million in annual cruise sales. Prior to NLG, He managed online marketing for Starwood Hotel's brand websites as well as distribution through 3rd party online partners. At Reebok, he was responsible for Licensed Apparel product line management where he developed and grew licensed apparel product lines with the NBA, NFL and MLB. Andrew also guided product development for 2 technology-based companies - Synxis (acquired by Sabre Holdings) and Tom Snyder Productions (acquired by Scholastic, Inc). He completed his graduate studies with an MA in Global Marketing from the European Institute of International Communications ( Maastricht , The Netherlands).
Jim brings to the company over 20 years of technical development expertise focused on building and delivering software products and hosted services. Most recently, he was a Principal Software Engineer for SkillSoft and one of the lead developers for re-architecting the company's core Skillport portal product. Prior to SkillSoft, Jim was the lead development manager at Firefox Ltd-a UK based company providing e-mentoring and education services via the web. He was also the Lead Developer at Response Networks, Inc., a Java based product used to measure and monitor the performance of network applications and manage service level agreements. Jim began his development career as a principal software engineer at Digital Equipment Corporation and earned his Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science from SUNY Potsdam in New York.
