In my opinion, The idea of a coupon is to get more quality for less quantity. Using coupons is a great way to save money and this could be a step in managing your finances. Coupons influence my purchasing decision since I look at them as a huge advantage, which enables me to put money aside that pays for my school supplies. I believe that the money that I save from using coupons influences my purchasing decisions.
Instead of spending the full amount on items, I am able to save money and put it into my school books, gas, and/or more of the basic needs of a college student. I usually go online to look for coupons, but because I am a busy student working a part-time job, I do not always have the time to be looking up coupons on the internet. So I try not to search of discounts on days that I’m busy; I’d much rather spend the full price . I also have a app that lets me know the type of deals that are going on around my area, but I never go unless I have to purchase more than one thing. I see it pointless to drive to the store just to purchase one Item. It would be smarter to see all of the deals going on and get as much as you can, so that you do not have to make multiple trips.

Even if the coupons had a total of 5% off each, those percentages can defiantly add up and help you in the long run. I look to coupons prior to shopping because I like to compare how much the items cost verses how much I am getting off or how much more of the item I am getting.
People with low income house holds are seen to use more coupons. They understand the concept of getting more for less which is a value we should all uphold if we want to learn how to manage money.
