It demands accuracy and skill together with a high level of commitment, nowhere more than the par-3 fifteenth, where a tee-shot should be aimed out over the beach to allow the wind to bring it back to the green. Check out of your hotel this morning. Travel north for you next round of golf to Baltray, Co Louth. Probably Ireland's most underrated links, Baltray has long been a favorite with Irish links enthusiasts. On the mouth of the River Boyne, the course is situated in natural and unspent linksland. However the addition of seven new holes through the dunes in the late 1980's has made the Strand Course a must play for the visiting golfer.
