Come experience a cookout you'll never forget! get on the old fashion hay wagonand we're off to South Yucca Flats where Cookout Cowboy will be strummin' his guitar and singing our favorite songs by the fire all evening long. Nothing tastes better than a large steak, moist chicken, or BBQ ribs cooked over an open mesquite fire.

Breakfast is a full buffet with everything from homemade biscuits to made-to-order omelets. Fresh fruits and yogurts available along with plenty of cowboy coffee and hot teas.

Nothing better than a morning ride with more than 20,000 acres of rolling hillsides, wide-open spaces and flowering Sonoran Desert beauty.

Lunch is a poolside buffet, with salads, sandwiches, and hot entrees and includes ice tea/lemonade. We ask that bathing suit cover-ups and shoes be worn during the noon buffet.

Team penning is our newest craze! When was the last time you got a look at a cow from the back of a horse? Probably never. Now is your chance. What we do is break you down into teams of three or four guests and a cowboy. There are a dozen yearling steers in the arena. Your job is to ride in there, cut three out of the bunch, and (with your teammates) herd them to the other end of the arena, and get them into a 12' by 12' pen. Your cowboy will give you as much or as little help as you desire during this timed event.

At dinner, jackets or Western vests are required for men and appropriate dress for ladies. No tee shirts or shorts for children in the main dining room.
