Today you are in the vineyards of Pommard, Volnay, Puligny-Montrachet, Auxey-Duresses, Monthélie… Your first tasting is as a welcome guest of Patrick Javillier, tasting his elegant wines at his domain in Meursault. Then you're off to Santenay for an unforgettable feast with Gérard Fagnoni of Château Philippe le Hardi. This chateau was the residence of Phillippe le Hardi, the last Duke of Burgundy.
