Terms & Conditions (aka "the fine print")

SWEEPSTAKES RULES: No purchase necessary. Void where prohibited by law. Sweepstakes is open to residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are at least 21 years of age or older,excluding residents of Puerto Rico, U.S. territories and possessions. Term: The contest begins on October 1st, 2007. GroupGo, LLC (I'm in!) reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the contest at any time.

ELIGIBILITY: Any person that registers by creating a group on I'm in! (as defined by the I'm in! Terms of Service) between October 1st, 2007 and November 30th, 2007 is automatically eligible for the sweepstakes. The maximum number of entries per person is one. Additional entries are not eligible and will disqualify entrant. Entries developed by a script, macro or other automated means are not eligible and will automatically disqualify the entrant from winning. The person creating the account is defined as the entrant and such entrant shall provide to I’m in! a list of up to 7 other group members in the event of winning the sweepstakes. In the case of a dispute within a group, the registered owner of the email that was used to initially create the winning account will be deemed to be the winner and is subject to all terms and conditions of the sweepstakes and promotion.

DRAWING: On or about December 1st, 2007, the accounting firm of A. Wisialko and Company will randomly draw one winner from a list of eligible members compiled by I'm in! Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible registered members. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

PRIZE: The sweepstakes prize includes the following components:(1)Three nights accommodations (standard room, double occupancy) at the Sheraton San Diego Hotel and Marina. A maximum of 4 rooms will be awarded for up to 8 guests. Advanced reservations must be made through I’m in!, are based on availability, and certain black-out dates may apply; (2) Admittance for 1 night to the Stingaree Nightclub in San Diego for up to 8 total guests. Participants must be 21 years old and have valid proof of age to enter the club; (3) Admittance to the USS Midway for up to 8 guests; (4) A $100 American Express Gift card for each guest, up to 8 guests. All cards will be distributed to the winning entrant to then distribute to the participants of their choice; (5) Choice of a golf lesson and golf tournament at Maderas Golf Club or a day at the Spa at the Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina Spa and Fitness Center. Winners who select the Golf Lesson and Golf tournament will receive a one hour group lesson with a professional instructor selected at the course’s discretion and one round of golf play by up to 8 persons at the Maderas Golf Club. Advanced reservations are required, are subject to availability and black-out dates, and must be made through I’m in!. Proper golf attire is required for each participant and club rentals are not included. Winners who select the Day at the Spa will be eligible for up to two separate spa treatments for up to 8 guests at the Sheraton San Diego Hotel and Marina. Sheraton San Diego Hotel & Marina Spa and Fitness Center. Spa appointments must be made in advance and are subject to availability; (6) Choice of trolley tour or bike tour of San Diego for up to 8 guests. Advanced reservations required through I’m in!. The total value of the trip for each guest is estimated at $600. Sweepstakes prizes are subject to availability and are valid for 1 (one) year from the date they are awarded. I'm in! reserves the right to substitute an alternative prize of equal or greater value. Any incidental expenses associated with the collection of a prize are the responsibility of the winner. Winners assume all liability for any damages caused or claimed to be caused by participation in the prize and release I'm in! from any such liability. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use winners' name for purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity without additional compensation.

NOTIFICATION: The winner of sweepstakes will be notified by email within 7 days of the drawing. In the event that I'm in! is unable to contact the winner within 7 days, an alternative winner will be chosen.

TERMS: By participating in the sweepstakes and joining I'm in!, members agree to abide by these contest rules and by the decisions of I'm in!, whose decisions are final. Failure to abide by the sweepstakes rules may result in disqualification from the sweepstakes. All eligible members and winners are bound by the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy of I'm in!
